Announcing: Shine a Light on DOE Hydrogen Review YouTube Contest
We at the ebTDesign Forum are proud to announce the “Shine a Light on the DOE Hydrogen Merit Review Contest.” This YouTube contest will attempt to democratize the DOE Hydrogen Merit Review process by showing advances in worldwide hydrogen convergence. Submissions will be evaluated for inclusion in a subsequent YouTube playlist. We at the ebTDesign Forum propose that the act of opening up the Merit Review process to more citizen involvement will trigger additional investments in all facets of hydrogen convergence.

Hydrogen Convergence Expands to YouTube
Two weeks ago, we at the ebTDesign Forum were proud to announce a social bookmarking project on Delicious.com. This effort has identified numerous sources of information that can be used immediately to make the case for early investment in hydrogen convergence.
However, many of you will be dealing with campus entrepreneurs and other social media savvy constituents. These young people, and those that are just young at heart, are accustomed to receiving video along with their textual information. With this in mind, we have expanded our colonization effort to include the video sharing site YouTube.
While the effort just started a couple of days ago, we have already found some real gems on YouTube. We have video of the Boeing hydrogen fuel cell airplane, the GM skateboard and Vision’s Tyrano Big Rig Truck. There’s also some NASA footage to round out the futuristic tone.
As with any colonization effort, this doesn’t work without members of the hydrogen convergence community chipping in to help. If you are on YouTube and you have some hydrogen convergence video you’d like to share, you can find us at YouTube.com/hydrogenconvergence. Otherwise, we encourage you to send a tweet to @zalexander.
